| When I set out for longer runs (3-4 miles at at 5K pace), I always have to stop because my shoulders and my legs start to burn or cramp up. I have lifted weights to try and solve this problem, and I try to stay relaxed while I run, but nothing is working. Recently, I signed myself up for a half marathon, and no matter how slow I go, I am still having problems with my arms, mostly. Do you have any advice?
